It is said that crystals have many healing qualities supporting mind, body and spirit, clearing negative energies. It is thought that crystals improve the flow of positive energy. There are countless benefits to crystals.

Incense and Sage
Incense is used to cleanse and purify the environment. It is believed that incense has the ability to help calm our minds. It's often used to support meditation, concentration, sleep and boost creativity.
Lighting incense can create good karma... it's a mindful act that allows you to let go!
Sage, due to its purification effect, is often used to cleanse crystals.
Books and Cards
Sometimes we just want a good book to nourish the soul. We have personally selected our spiritual books to help with your journey.
Cards can also be healing and uplifting, especially angel cards. These use inspirational and motivational words and expressions, spreading positivity.

Since being a child Ceri has always been aware of energy and spirit, starting her yoga journey in 2004 ahead of yoga teacher training in 2019. She was attuned as an angelic reiki healer in 2009 and completed a Diploma in Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing.
Ceri wants to share her passion and knowledge of the magic of healing energy whilst spreading love, light and peace.
