Through gentle yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound, reiki and drumming, I create experiences where you can slow down, breathe, rest and reconnect.

I'm Ceri, founder of The Blue Butterfly. For more than 20 years I've explored yoga, Reiki, sound, meditation, breathwork, crystals and drumming.

During the most difficult time in my life, these practices gave me moments of stillness, somewhere to breathe, listen and simply be.

My own journey through profound loss taught me the importance of creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect.

Today I bring together the practices that have become meaningful to me to create welcoming experiences for others.
